Never Too Late

As we grow up we start to believe that who we were yesterday is who’ll we be tomorrow and who we are tomorrow is who’ll we be the day after. After a couple of years you become the same person you were two years ago. You conform to the idea that you can’t change yourself, you can’t grow. Well ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, those who are all and those who are none, let me tell you something – it’s never too late to change.

In fact you always should be changing, grow through what you go through. Keep changing things up until you’re proud of who you are. Until you wake up in the morning and go to bed at night with a beaming smile of happiness plastered across your face because you are content with who you are and what you do. Keep creating yourself until you can say you’re proud; and mean it.

I urge you to make the change, no matter how drastic or small, just make the change. Write a list of what you dislike and change it. Learn to love it or change it. Because there is only one person you’re with for your whole life … and that’s you.

You will never become what you want, by remaining who you are. So take the leap, dye your hair, cut off those ties. Be selfish and do things that will better you. I understand that we all like to live in our comfort zones of those friends that bring us down but they’re the only friends we’ve got, of the job that brings you dread but i promise you that nothing ever grows in the comfort zone.

“It’s never too late to start over. A painting is only finished when the painter puts down the brush” – Nicholas A Browne

You can’t change your past, it’s over and done with but what you can do is start where you are and change the ending. I hope you end somewhere you’re proud of.

Change is hard, but i promise you if you keep working at it you’ll one day wake up and suddenly you know … it’s time to start something new and trust the magic of new beginnings.
